The return process for Kandis Cottage products must be initiated within 14 days of your order being delivered. Air plants are final sale & non-refundable.

Air Plant Health Guarantee: Kandis Cottage offers a 14-day health guarantee on any order that includes air plants. Should you have any issues with the quality or health of your plant(s) please email [email protected]. Include a photo.

Please Note: If returns coverage was purchased at time of checkout, then return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, you, the customer, will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

You, the customer, will be responsible for mailing the product back to Kandis Cottage Design Studio. Please ensure the product is packed and protected carefully in its original packaging. We are only able to provide refunds for products that are returned to us in their original condition. 

Once your returned product is received by Kandis Cottage Design Studio, your original form of payment will be refunded. The original cost of shipping the item to you will not be refunded. Your refund should appear within 5 to 7 business days.
